Refund Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

In the unlikely event that when you receive your candle something isn't right, please contact us at info@lovedayscandles.com

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly packaged prior to despatch but appreciate that, very occasionally, some damage may occur. Please get in touch as soon as the damage is discovered, with photographs, and we will refund or replace as required.

We cannot refund or replace candles that have been lit.
